Design of Floating Ball valve

The design of New lotoke's ball valve always based reliability and the service life, e.g. the key part we will using double sealing O-Ring for avoiding leakage.

Design standard: API 608 ,ISO17292.

Connection standard: ASMEB16.47/B16.5/B16.25.

Fire safe standard: API607,API6FA,ISO10497.


Range of Material

The selecting material of ball valves always based ASTM Standard, we have much experience of below material:

Normal Casting: WCB,LCB,C5,WC9,CF8,CF8M.

Normal Forging: A105,LF2,F5,F22,F304,F316.

Special Casting: M35-1,4A,CN7M,CW-12MW,CW-6MC. Special Forging: K500,F51,N08020,N10002,N06625.


Structure of Optional

A Operation

Lever operation under 6",

Gear operation when size bigger than

6",

Can choosing Pneumatic Actuator according the working condition.

B Body and bonnet

Split type floating ball valve structure can be divided into two pieces and three pieces body

C Bore

Normally ball valve is full bore,reduced bore valves can be choose in the requirements of flowing control condition.

D Connection

Flange and BW is common connection, there are RF and RTJ type in Flange connection.

E Blowout-proof stem

Make sure stem will not be blown out under pressure.

F Anti-static

The ball valve design mainly has an electrical continuity. And the ball is always in contact with the stem when it is open and close. In addition, the stem is always in contact with the body through the gland flange or top flange, the electrical will released. So this design will prevent electrostatic to making the fire.

G Fire safe design

The are double sealing in very seal parts. Fire safe valve was planned when the plant is under fire; the delicate seats were all burnt, the valve was still fixed by the exact valve ball body. This will keep the harm as low as would be prudent.
